Requesting Friendship at random is allowed for quicker shop lookup. However, we do reserve the right to unfriend those who have not been active within a reasonable amount of time barring there are no real-life personal family issues and situations taking place that keeps you from being active. After all... real-life comes first always.
Active members do have better chances of seeing new items arrive sooner than others. They also have a better chance of receiving random gifts just simply because we feel like gifting items.
